by Kelvin N. King (Washington, DC)

1. v.13 she seeks wool with flax and works with her hands. She MENDS: she knows how to sow. She clothes her children and family.

2. MEALS she can cook. v.14-15

3. MANAGER v.16-19. she manages money well. A strong female won't quit easily. Her arms are strengthened and she is a business woman (merchandise). She is spiritual, she can pray and she can hook a brother up at night. He was talking about his wife, but applied to those that are married.

4. She MINISTERS: there is something about a women when she is not concerned about her own ability, more so for others who are less fortunate. Not selfish. v.20

5. v.21-22 MODEL: hooks up the family, makes sure her family looks good. A female should look good w/o drawing attention to her body. A man should not be attracted to a female because of her body.

6. MARRIED: v.23 her husband is known. A women should not be testing out the water, no ringy, no dingy. A virtuous woman is married to a man, not shacking up. He isn't in the streets. Bad boys don't translate into good marriages. Why chase after stuff that is no good?

7. MERCHANT: vs. 24 business minded.

8. vs. 25 MAKEUP: makeup ain't never hurt nobody. Recognize she needs to cloth herself with strength and honor.

9. v.26 MOUTH: with wisdom, shut up. nothing more less attractive than a female that looks good on the outside, but when you start to talk to her, vile things flow out her mouth.

10. MINDS: v.27 cares, watches, and focuses on family.
