My name is C.J. Windle and I'm a Redeemed Sinner! My life started in Jacksonville, Florida November 18th, 1982. I was a "straight A" student during elementary school and some of junior high school, but then I started stealing , drinking , and smoking. I hit the streets hard when my parents split up and I had to make ends meet while living with my mom. It didn't matter what it was, weed, coke, crack, ecstasy, prescription pills, acid, mushrooms, prostitutes, etc. I was hustling with full force. I dropped out of high school and became a product of my environment. I was locked up several times, and was trapped in the dope game. Although my life had become "exciting" according to what the world thought was exciting, I had fell into a repetitive routine everyday. I woke up one morning and asked myself "what else does this life have to offer? Is this how I'll be living until I die?"
One day, I was searching the scriptures because I knew that in my childhood days of going to church I found wisdom in God's word. See, I had moved several times and realized that my life wasn't going to change until I changed inside, no matter how many times I moved. God had intervened late one night while my friend was strung out. Although he had been a crack addict; along with coke and many other drugs one Friday night, one of my old coke and ecstasy "x" partners called me up and asked me, if I would come to church with him on Sunday. I accepted cause I honestly felt a need to go. I woke up Sunday morning and performed my usual rituals; smoking a blunt, taking a pain killer, and getting dressed. When we arrived at church I asked my boy to go up to the top balcony to sit, so no one would see me. While the praise and worship was going on, the worship leader looked up to the balcony and looked straight into my eyes and said, "God's Spirit is calling you what are you waiting for?" She repeated this 7 times and by the last time it was really bold and almost stern...I closed my eyes and asked God, "What I should do?" He said, "You know what to do" and showed me a picture of myself in my mind, a vision of me laid in a casket. I knew exactly what I had to do and I went to the altar to give Him control.
Since that decision on March 17th, 2004 God has been using every ounce of me to carry out his will. I hooked up with the Arch Angels in Jacksonville, Florida on their tour and began using my gifts for God, instead of misusing them in the world. We travel the nation just representing the one who gave us a second, third, fourth, fifth, thousandth, etc. chance...GOD is just that good. I now travel to churches, youth groups, youth camps, youth detention centers, community centers, and hoods everywhere. We are on a mission for God's kingdom...and that mission is to go where others won't, where I'm familiar with, and bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ as a way of hope for the lost.
I'm happily married to a true woman of God and I can never pay God back for that blessing. We have a beautiful daughter that God has blessed us with. Through heartache and pain since salvation, Jesus said, "we would be persecuted for His name's sake", so for me to think everything is going to be smooth would be naive of me. God is always there to build our character and allow us to experience things that will one day help others out when they go through the same thing. IRON SHARPENS IRON.
Please give your life to Christ. He is the only way you can get to heaven. Be spiritually sound and humble, but ready to battle through the strength God gives at the same time. This truly is a war we fight. Many people choose not to believe, but they don't understand that by doing that they have chosen hell over heaven. God is tired of plastic Christians. He's waiting for the soldiers to fall in-line, so we can take back what's ours...
BE BLESSED,
